Buying a Physical Gift Card
Physical gift cards are available for purchase at any of our Greenleaf Hospitality Group locations or an order can be placed via phone or email.

To order a physical gift card, please call and leave a message at 269.226.3191 or send an email to 
giftcards@greenleafhospitalitygroup.com. IMPORTANT: Please provide the following information in your initial message or email.

We will return your message within 3-5 business days to confirm your order, collect payment and provide an estimation of delivery.  In the event you require a physical gift card in a quicker time frame, you can visit any of our stores, outlets, hotel or property to obtain one on site. 

Where can my Greenleaf Hospitality Group (GHG) egift or traditional gift card be redeemed?

Gift cards can be exchanged for goods and services at Greenleaf Hospitality Group Properties, including Radisson Plaza Hotel Kalamazoo, Wings Event Center, Wings West, Kalamazoo Wings, Old Burdick’s Downtown and Wings West, Brick and Brine, Kalamazoo Athletic Club, Blush Salon + Spa, RIO, and The Morning Dish.

 Gift cards are redeemable through Wings Event Center’s ticketing partner, Etix.com, to purchase tickets to upcoming concerts, shows, Kalamazoo Wings Hockey Games, etc. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Season Tickets.

 Greenleaf Hospitality Group Gift Cards cannot be used at Starbucks, located inside the Radisson Plaza Hotel, towards group/private dining in affiliated restaurants, or for catering/banquet services through the Radisson Plaza Hotel.

 Please note a Radisson Plaza Hotel Kalamazoo gift card cannot be used at Radisson Hotel Group properties outside of Kalamazoo.

Are there any fees associated with the purchase of an eGift Card?
No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card, and we will not impose shipping or any other fees at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How do I cancel the purchase of an eGift Card?
If you choose a delivery date that is in the future, you can cancel your purchase by contacting customer support. If the delivery date is today or in the past, your purchase cannot be cancelled.

When is the eGift Card sent to the recipient?
The eGift Card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase.

When does the eGift Card expire?
Your gift card will expire 5 years after your last transaction using the card.
