· How does the reward program work?
- You receive one experience point per dollar spent on your food & beverage, spa or salon subtotal when visiting one of these CityGate establishment - Che Figata, Zorba Lounge, CityGate Grille, Arista Spa & Salon or Arista Coffee & Capfe. Points can be converted into $10 Reward Dollars at every 140 point increment.
- Points are earned on pre-tax, pre-gratuity subtotal only. Service charges, taxes, and gratuity are excluded where applicable.
- Points are typically posted to your account within 24–72 hours after your visit.
· Where can my reward dollars be redeemed?
- Once experience points are converted to reward dollars, they can be redeemed at any CityGate establishment - Che Figata, Zorba Lounge, CityGate Grille, Arista Coffee & Cafe, Arista Spa & Salon or Hotel Arista.
- Points are convert into Reward Dollars in $10 increments for every 140 points earned. Once converted, Reward Dollars are stored on your account and do not expire.
· What are the reward level tiers?
- SILVER - You can attain Silver status by spending $1 - $999 during a calendar year. Silver members earn at 1 point per dollar spent. Bonus $10.00 birthday reward in birthday month.
- GOLD - You can attain Gold status by spending $1,000 - $2,499 during a calendar year. Gold members earn at 1.25 points per dollar spent. Bonus $15.00 birthday reward in birthday month.
- PLATINUM - You can attain Platinum status by spending $2,500 or more during a calendar year. Platinum members earn at 1.5 points per dollar spent. Bonus $20.00 birthday reward in birthday month.
- Birthday Rewards are issued during your birthday month and must be used within that month. Birthday Rewards are non-transferable and not cumulative.
- Once you have reached Gold or Platinum status, you will keep that status throughout that year and the following calendar year.
· What happens to my points if I do not convert them?
- Points are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and must be redeemed into reward dollars within that time. Unredeemed points will expire after one year.
- Birthday Rewards are not cumulative. Each member level will receive a bonus for the month of their birthday. Your annual Birthday Reward must be used before the next years are posted. Points do not automatically convert to reward dollars. Once points are converted to earned reward dollars on the gift card they never expire and will carry over from year to year.
· How do I earn points when hosting a party at your restaurant?
- To earn reward points when hosting a party or Private Event, you must be an active member prior to your event date. You will receive one point per dollar on your food & beverage subtotal (Gold & Platinum member increased bonus points are not eligible for parties).
- The name of the person receiving the Reward Points must appear on the contract. In the case of a business event, either the planner or host may receive points. For social events, only the host is eligible to receive points. Other restrictions apply, please review program terms & conditions.
- Maximum spend of $3,000 can be awarded to an active member for a private dining event.
· How do my reward points work with Gift Cards?
- Reward points are issued when Gift Cards are purchased, but not when they are redeemed. Only the person purchasing the Gift Card is eligible for Reward Points. Reward Dollars cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
