Present this card at the front desk of the Grande Colonial or at NINE-TEN Restaurant or bar for the purchase of goods and services. When the card is used, any remaining balance can be used for future purchase and no change will be given. This card cannot be redeemed for cash. Please notify the Grande Colonial if the card is lost or stolen. If found, please return this card to the Grande Colonial at 910 Prospect Street, La Jolla, CA 92037.
This card does not expire. After the first 12 consecutive months of non-use, a service fee of $2 will be deducted from the remaining card balance for each month in which the card remains inactive and in which a balance remains on the card. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Unregistered eGift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The value of the eGift card cannot be reimbursed. eGift cards are considered the same as cash.

Redemption Instructions
· eGift cards may be redeemed over the phone or on property for lodging and food & beverage purchases.
· eGift cards used on-site must be printed prior to arrival for redemption at our hotel, bar or restaurant. Your card cannot be accessed and printed for you on-site.
· eGift cards may not be redeemed online for hotel reservations. Guests must call to redeem eGift cards for hotel reservations.
· You may select the denomination of your purchase starting at $25 up to $2,000 per card.
