·       Is there an additional charge for eGift cards purchased online?

o   There is no additional charge for eGift cards purchased online, and there is no activation fee or service fee at the time of purchase.

·       Does my card expire?

o   No, this card does not expire. After the first consecutive 12 months of non-use, a service fee of $2 per month will be deducted from the remaining card balance for each month the card remains inactive, and in which a balance remains on the card.

Online Purchase and Reload

·       What is the minimum and maximum amounts that I can put on a new eGift card?

o   Minimum amount is $25 and maximum amount is $2000 on an eGift card.

·       Can I reload my eGift card?

o   No, reloading is not a feature of this card.

 

Balance on eGift Card

·       How can I check the balance on my card?

o   To check your balance, please login to the My Account portion of this website.

 

Lost eGift Cards

·       If an eGift card is lost or stolen, can it be replaced?

o   Unregistered eGift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. The value of the eGift card cannot be reimbursed. eGift cards are considered the same as cash.

·       Is my information secure on your site? I don't see the "https" URL in my browser.

o   Yes. The information you submit during the check-out process is encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet, using a Thawte SSL Certificate.

Terms & Conditions

·       Can I redeem my eGift card for cash?

o   eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. You will not receive change back from purchases when using your eGift card. The remaining balance may be used on future purchases.

·       Can I redeem my card online?

·       eGift cards cannot be redeemed online for the Grande Colonial at this time.

·       Do I need to print out my card prior to my visit?

o   Yes, for on-site usage at the Grande Colonial or NINE-TEN Restaurant, eGift cards must be printed and in your possession before you arrive at the property.
