WHAT IS THE REWARDS CARD AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
We want to reward our loyal customers every time they visit! When you sign up for our rewards card and register it online you will receive 150 bonus points and will be able to accrue 1 point for every dollar you spend (excluding tax and gratuity) at any one of our locations every time you show your card.
HOW DO I EARN A REWARD?
Once you accrue 200 points (spend $200) you will automatically receive $20 in rewards on your rewards card to spend on your next visit. When you want to redeem your reward let your server know and they will apply it toward your bill. Your reward card works as a gift card and will need to be presented at the time of your visit.
ARE REWARDS TRANSFERABLE?
Rewards are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. They are also not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions.
WHERE CAN I REGISTER MY CARD?
To register your rewards card visit any one of our locations websites, there you will be able to access your account, read all our terms and conditions and everything you need to know about your favorite restaurant.
HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO RECEIVE A REWARD?
Accrue 200 points (spend $200) to earn a $20 reward
DO I EARN REWARDS ON TAX AND TIP?
No, points are accrued on food and beverage purchases only
DO I EARN POINTS FOR GIFT CARD PURCHASES?
Yes, you are able to earn points on gift card purchases.
DO I EARN POINTS ON ANY FORM OF PAYMENT?
Cash, Credit and Debit cards can be used as payment. No points will be issued when paying with a reward or a gift card.
DO MY REWARDS EXPIRE?
No- your rewards will not expire.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REWARDS CARD?
If you sign up at a participating location you will receive your card immediately, however you will still need to register online before you begin collecting points. You will require a card in order to register. You can also email marketing@waterstreetbrewery.com to request a card be mailed to you. We will mail you a card within 10 business days.
CAN I EARN POINTS WHEN PAYING WITH A GIFT CARD?
No, you are unable to earn points when paying with a gift card.
CAN I EARN POINTS FOR GROUP EVENTS?
Sure! Points may be earned for private parties by the member paying the bill with a maximum of 1000 points (spend $1,000) earned per event. To qualify for points on the event, you must be a registered rewards card member prior to booking the party. Those points will then be valid on your next visit.
WHAT IF I TAKE ANOTHER REWARDS CARD MEMBER TO DINNER AND MY GUEST PAYS FOR THE CHECK? CAN WE SPLIT THE POINTS?
We would do that for you.
CAN I USE MY CARD TO REDEEM POINTS ON A BILL I DID NOT PAY FOR?
No, you can only accrue points on purchases made by a registered reward card member.
CAN I GIVE MY CARD TO A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND TO REDEEM POINTS WHEN I'M NOT THERE?
No, it must be the rewards card member.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN? WHAT IF SOMEONE STEALS MY POINTS? CAN I GET THEM BACK?
Unfortunately not. We are not responsible for a lost or stolen card. Make sure you contact us immediately to activate a new card.
HOW DO I RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY CHECK IF I FORGET TO PRESENT MY CARD TO THE SERVER?
Your card must be presented at the time of dining to accrue your points. If your card was forgotten you can also use your registered phone number to accrue points as well at the time of dining.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF ACCESSING MY ACCOUNT ONLINE?
You are able to access and manage your account. Check your account balance at any time, including restaurant visits and dollars needed to reach the next reward.
CAN I EARN POINTS ON DELIVERY AND TAKE OUT?
Absolutely!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY POINTS TO SHOW UP ON MY CARD?
Your reward points are live in real time, but it will take 24 hours before your points convert to usable reward dollars. Your reward dollars will be valid on your next visit.
CAN I USE A REWARD THE SAME DAY I EARN IT?
It will take 24 hours for your points to become usable. So you would only be able to use your points on your next visit.
CAN EMPLOYEES AND INTERMEDIATE FAMILY BE A MEMBER OF THE REWARDS PROGRAM?
Employees, managers, its affiliates and their spouses and children are not eligible for the program.
