• Where can your egift card for The Jefferson, DC be used?
Electronic and physical gift cards may be used on property for dining in any of our outlets, including in room dining, our Petite Spa, or for room reservations. If reserving a room with a gift card, a credit card will also be needed to secure the reservation and will be used for charges exceeding the gift card amount.

• Can I purchase a physical gift card directly from the hotel?
Yes, physical gift cards can be purchased through our front desk. Please contact us directly at 202-448-2300 or email, information@jeffersondc.com for assistance.

• Are gift cards refundable?
All gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

• Currency
All gift cards are available in U.S. Dollars (“USD”) only.

• Is there an expiration date?
If a gift card has not had any activity in a time period of five years, the value or remaining value of the gift card is remitted to The District of Columbia – Unclaimed Property Division. Cardholder may request the unclaimed property by visiting https://cfo.dc.gov/service/unclaimed-property.
